Can I buy a physical version of LEGO Builder’s Journey?
No, currently only digital versions are available for purchase.
On iPhone, i dont hear any sound/music
Please check that Silent Mode is switched off. It’s the little button on the side of the phone that silences calls. Many iOS apps ignore this switch, but we respect it.
Running on low performance laptops or older computers:
In the Graphics menu, under Options, you can reduce the resolution of the game, and/or select a lower Graphic Quality preset (Low or Medium).
If the game does not start at all, it might be because your computer does not support DirectX 12. Try running the game in Classic Mode instead:

Open the Epic Games Launcher.
Go to your Library.
Click on the three dots next to LEGO Builder’s Journey
Select Manage
From Installation, select the Folder icon
In the LEGOBuildersJourney folder, double-click on Launcher.exe
Select Classic Mode from the pop-up launch option.
STEAM
Start Steam
Launch LEGO Builder's Journey from your Steam Library
Select Classic Mode from the pop-up launch option.
